Terms of Service

By accessing or using AI Agent Builder (the "Service") provided by Synaptic Links LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

AI Agent Builder is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that allows organizations to create, configure, and deploy conversational AI agents across multiple channels including web chat, voice, WhatsApp, Slack, and Microsoft Teams. The Service is provided on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell or sublicense the Service without prior written consent from Synaptic Links

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@synapticlinks.com.ar if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of all data you submit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us the limited license necessary to provide the Service to you.

The Service, including all software, algorithms, interfaces, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Synaptic Links LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or proprietary technology beyond what is strictly necessary to use the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Synaptic Links LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice and reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination to allow for export, after which it may be deleted.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
